Latvia 2006 - Registration

Final pricing for the post-conference bus tour to Sabile on Saturday is not set, but it is approximately $65 (50 Euros). Note, the Saturday tour will return to Riga late on Saturday, after a dinner (included in price)) in the Kandava region - tour participants should not schedule flights out of Riga on Saturday, and may want to consider including an additional (Saturday) night room in the Hotel Lielupe.

Advanced Registration for the conference is now closed. You are still welcome to attend, but there is no longer a reduced price for lodging, and arrangements for meals have been finalized. Late registrants must find their own meals and lodging during the conference.

Payment instructions
Payment to IANV for the conference is processed through the PayPal system; you do not have to have a PayPal account to make these payments. The source of your payment can either be a credit card (VISA, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express systems) or a PayPal account. If you do not have a PayPal account click on the "Don't have a PayPal account? Click here" line at the bottom of the payment screen. Payment is specified in US Dollars, but can be made from Canadian Dollars, Australian Dollars, Euros, Pounds Sterling, and Yen at competitive exchange rates.

Select the item from the choices below. Don't worry about the quantity, you can adjust that from the shopping cart screen before making payment. Don't forget to hit the 'Update' button if you adjust the quantity. To make more than one selection, select the 'Continue Shopping' choice from the shopping cart page to return to this page.

If you select a double room, only choose that option for the first individual, the second individual should choose a conference registration without a room. When done from the same shopping cart, these will be assumed to go together. If the two parties sharing a room are registering at separate times, please specify the room co-occupant on the Review screen during checkout. The Note section on the order review field is also a good place to send information about travel arrangements if you know you need assistance with an airport pickup, etc. These details can also be sent later to: treasurer@northernviticulture.org

The conference registrations with hotel rooms include three (3) nights of lodging at the Hotel Lielupe; Wednesday, Thursday and Friday nights. Additional nights of lodging can be purchased with a corresponding conference registration. When you select additional nights of lodging below you will be asked how many nights are needed either/or before and after the three included nights. Note: special pricing applies only to the three conference nights, other nights are at the regular rate, and may be separately booked directly with the hotel if desired.
